Dr.
Mark Forrest, D.M.D., a native of Queens, New York received
his Dental Degree and his Specialty
training in Periodontics from New York
University, College of Dentistry.
Presently, he is a Clinical Associate
Professor at Nova Southeastern University,
College of Dental Medicine in the
Department of Periodontology.
Dr. Forrest is a trained specialist in Periodontics and Implant Surgery. He is a Past President of the Florida Association of Periodontists (FAP) and served for six years in its executive board.

Diane was born in Freeport, NY and raised in New Jersey. She attended a school for Medical and Dental Assistants in New Jersey and graduated in 1975. Since then, Diane has been employed in the dental field in the areas of oral surgery, general dentistry, and orthodontics. After relocating to Florida in 1978,
Diane continued her career in the dental field. She is the proud mother of two grown children who are both enrolled at Florida International University. Her daughter is an education major and her son is a business administration major. In her free time, Diane enjoys decorating, party planning, sewing and reading.

| Sofia was born in South Florida. She attended the Broward Community College Dental Assisting Program and graduated as a Dental Assistant. She also attended the American Intercontinental University and obtained an Associates of Arts degree in Business with honors. In 2004, Sofia was a volunteer for a non-for-profit organization in New York City. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her hobbies are reading, swimming and taking her Welsh corgi for walks. Sofia is the proud mother of two little boys. |

Shanika was born in a small town in
central Florida. She attended Broward
Community College and graduated as a
Certified Dental Assistant. Her hobbies
are singing, dancing and song writing. Shanika is also currently attending nursing school.

Alexa is a proud graduate of Miami Dade College where she received an Associate Degree in Science in Dental Hygiene. She is dedicated to providing her patients with individualized attention and the best care available. Alexa enjoys reading the latest research as it pertains to her profession, which keeps her up to date with the most recent techniques and technology in dentistry.
Her motivation comes from her family who always encourages her to go above and beyond any expectation. Alexa has lived in Florida for over 15 years and loves the sunny beaches and cultural diversity that South Florida offers!

Ilisa was born and raised in Atlanta, She moved to Florida so that her husband could practice law. Ilisa’s hobbies include scuba diving and running on the beach with her dog. She is a great asset to our dental team. |

Monsell is originally from Panama and has been living in South Florida since 2001. She proudly graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Broward College, and has worked in the area of oral surgery and periodontics as a surgical dental assistant. She is continuing her education to become a dental hygienist. Monsell's goal in dentistry is to educate her patients on how to prevent dental disease, and maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

a native of Hollywood, Florida, attended
Florida State University where he studied
Biochemistry. He received his dental
education at Nova Southeastern University,
College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Forrest
completed his specialty
training in Periodontics and Implant
Surgery at the University of Florida.
Dr. Forrest is currently practicing Periodontics and Implant Surgery in Jacksonville, Florida.
