Dr.
Mark Forrest, D.M.D., a native of Queens, New York received
his Dental Degree and his Specialty
training in Periodontics from New York
University, College of Dentistry.
Presently, he is a Clinical Associate
Professor at Nova Southeastern University,
College of Dental Medicine in the
Department of Periodontology.
Dr. Forrest is a trained specialist in Periodontics and Implant Surgery. He is a Past President of the Florida Association of Periodontists (FAP) and served for six years in its executive board.

Irene was born in Brooklyn, New York, and is married with six grandchildren. She graduated from Julliard with a Master’s Degree in Music Education, and was a professional singer for 10 years in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. She entered the field of dentistry in 1990, and has worked as an Office Manager for over 15 years.
Her hobbies include music, and cooking.

Karen is a great addition to our staff. She is a native Floridian who resides in Weston. Karen has extensive experience in her field from prior employment at dental practices, and most recently at a major health insurer.
For leisure, Karen enjoys spending time at the beach. She loves to cook, entertain, and keep up with all the after-school activities of her two active children.

Tara is native Floridian and a proud graduate of Miami-Dade College, where she received her ‘Associates in Science’ degree in Dental Hygiene. Tara’s philosophy is to provide comprehensive dental hygiene to patients with the highest degree of clinical excellence, care and comfort. Tara’s hobbies are shopping, traveling and interior decorating. She also loves to take continuing education classes in subjects related to her profession to be able to provide updated information to both her patients and peers.
Tara is an active participant in her local church as well as other local organizations. She is also a volunteer for various schools and community such as Give Kids a Smile, the Special Olympics, and Seagull Alternative High School. Tara shares her knowledge as a volunteer on Career Day in the public school system.

Diana was born in Manhattan, New York, and moved at the age of five to the Dominican Republic. While there, she attended, and completed, Dental School at ‘Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra’ (PUCMM). Diana recently moved to Florida and received her Dental Hygiene License. Her profession is her passion, and she enjoys educating patients about their oral hygiene. Diana continues to expand her skills by learning and implementing new techniques to provide better care to her patients. |

Our Head Dental Assistant Ilisa was born and raised in Atlanta. She moved to Florida so that her husband could practice law. Ilisa’s hobbies include scuba diving and running on the beach with her dog. She is a great asset to our dental team. |

Janine is a native Floridian with three children. She has worked in the area of periodontal and oral surgery for 20 years as a surgical dental assistant. She enjoys educating patients and sharing her experience and knowledge of dentistry.
Janine loves spending time with her family and friends, and volunteers throughout the community helping women and children at the ‘Susan B. Anthony Center’. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, and exercising.

Monsell is originally from Panama and has been living in South Florida since 2001. She proudly graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Broward College, and has worked in the area of oral surgery and periodontics as a surgical dental assistant. She is continuing her education to become a dental hygienist. Monsell's goal in dentistry is to educate her patients on how to prevent dental disease, and maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
